The Nanjing Youth Olympic Center is shaped like a sailboat, but it is different from a sailboat. The conference center has a complex shape and a flowing curved surface. The entire exterior curtain wall uses more than 12,000 GRC panels. The GRC single piece has a large area and a heavy weight. Each panel requires in-depth design and lofting processing. The splicing must be strictly controlled during the installation process to ensure that the joints are uniform and consistent. The construction is extremely difficult. It is the largest single GRC curtain wall project in China and has a pioneering significance for the application of the GRC curtain wall system.
